Who receives it
Arranging the work means passing your contact details and the description of the problem to one or more independent contractors serving San Diego County, who may then reach you by phone, text or email about the request. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it. Your information is never sold, and it goes no further than what is needed to handle the request, run the site and the phone line, and satisfy legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics places cookies to measure how the site is used. Cookies can be controlled or removed in your browser settings, and every page works with cookies switched off. The call tracking service may place a cookie so that a call can be matched to a visit.
Retention
Form submissions and call records stay on file for as long as the request is being handled and for ordinary business record-keeping, then are deleted or anonymized. You can ask for earlier deletion through the contact route at the bottom of this page.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be removed. If you no longer want contact about a request you sent, say so to us or to the contractor who called and the contact stops. Children
The site is for adults and is not aimed at anyone under 18. No information is knowingly collected from children; if you believe a child has sent something through the form, tell us and it will be removed.
